Sarah Searle, Commercial Director

Sarah joined the company in 2014 to drive the development of the UK police market in particular. She has a wealth of business experience, having worked abroad and here in the UK in both the private and public sectors for over 25 years, She has held a number of senior roles in the public sector, most recently leading the procurement function of a large non-departmental Government organisation.
She has also set up and run several community focused and marketing businesses, and has been Chair of Governors for two local schools.

Sarah graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and also holds Level 4 and 5 Diplomas from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

Laurent Reigniez, France Commercial Manager

Laurent joined the company in 2020 to oversee our expansion in Europe and in particular to develop the French market. Laurent previously held a number of senior commercial roles in France, in Netherlands and in the USA working in the SCADA industry. When he is not at work, Laurent is also a local elected representative of his town and of his borough council but also an accomplished sportsman with many marathons under his belt, and all sorts of running challenges.

Laurent graduated with a Master in Management and Commerce from the ESSCA in Angers.

Jean-Claude Lafontaine, CEO

Originally from France, Jean-Claude has lived in the UK for the last 19 years. He has a long history in the industry, having started as a software developer over 20 years ago before working his way up to Sales and Marketing Director for a medium sized French SME that provides mission critical systems to emergency services.

Following his move to England, Jean-Claude initially worked for Blue 8 Technology Ltd, who were later acquired by Northgate, developing and selling GIS systems to ‘blue-light’ organisations, before leaving to create Innaxys.

Jean-Claude was appointed Honorary Consul of France by the French Government in 2015.

Jean-Claude holds an MSc 2 (Ecole d'Ingenieur EIGSI Violet) in Engineering, he is a qualified aircraft pilot and a keen English car enthusiast with an old Jaguar he has cherished for over 20 years.
